All CSS code and concepts created by Pulse Marketing Solutions LLC, including but not limited to the custom CSS and any other intellectual property found on GoHighLevelIcons.com, are the exclusive property of Pulse Marketing Solutions LLC. By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our products, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Each purchase grants you a single license to customize one Go High Level dashboard. You must have a Agency account to apply custom CSS. This license is non-transferable and cannot be reused for additional dashboards or accounts without purchasing an additional license. You agree not to resell, redistribute, or reuse any part of our code, designs, or intellectual property without express written consent from Pulse Marketing Solutions LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of our products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase or using any product from GoHighLevelIcons.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from purchasing or using our products.
Limitation of Liability
Pulse Marketing Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability to you for any damages or claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.
License for Personal Use
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product solely for one Go High Level dashboard customization. You are not permitted to distribute, or share the product without explicit permission from Pulse Marketing Solutions LLC.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after the product has been purchased, except in cases where the product is found to be defective. If you encounter any issues, please contact us for support.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Weld County, Colorado.
Support and Updates
We offer limited support for our products through email. Updates or new versions of the product may be provided at our discretion and may incur additional costs.
